Bonding & Licensing

Our bonding program guarantees our performance. Our surety is rated by A.M. Best as A:XV and is listed in the Federal Register with U.S. Treasury Underwriting Limitations of $47,612,000. This surety is your personal guarantee that MARCOR can and will perform to the letter of our agreement. In order to cover special needs, we can also obtain job-specific bonding based on per-job limits.

MARCOR has had final bonds on projects in excess of $8 million and has been approved for bid amounts as high as $30 million for a single project.
