MARCOR Remediation and other Real Estate Experts Expose Dangers of Mold (Free Seminar)
7/16/2004–Hunt Valley, MD–A group of environmental, legal and insurance experts from EMG; Dechert, LLP; MARCOR Remediation, Inc; and Marsh, Inc. will conduct a half-day seminar on the impact of mold on commercial real estate. The panel of presenters will explore the reasons why mold has been called one of the top environmental risks to public health, and how its presence can impact properties, insurance policies, and litigation.
Program topics will include sources of mold growth and associated health risks, nationwide legislative developments, industry guidelines and standards, and liability coverage options.
