Job Description
-
Heavy business-to-business prospect calling to identify end users
-
Qualifying of prospective customers’ needs
-
Scheduling pre-qualified appointments for outside sales representatives
-
Preparing pre-qualification responses
-
Preparing and coordinating marketing mailings and follow-up programs
-
Working closely with outside sales representatives to develop continuous new business/marketing strategies
-
Assisting with the maintenance of the ACT contact management database
-
Assisting with various trade show activities
Qualifications
- Inside sales experience related to environmental construction services and/or civil/architectural engineering preferred
- Excellent organizational, written and communication skills required as well as a professional demeanor
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet experience required
- Experience with ACT Database preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with web based technology preferred
