Accounts Payable Compliance Auditor

Job Description
Bay Business Solutions, Inc. offers total management support services for a variety of dynamic organizations, from a top national environmental contracting firm to a highly creative special events management organization. Due to the growth that we are currently experiencing, Bay Business Solutions Inc. has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Compliance Auditor in our corporate location in Hunt Valley, MD.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
· Auditing A/P for several operation level locations.
· Auditing VISA, local checking, and Employee advance accounts for several operation level locations.
· Tracking and auditing legal subcontracting requirements.
· Occasionally responsible for performing A/P/Vendor account analysis.
· Occasionally required to provide some limited external Audit Support.
· Special projects as needed.
Qualifications
· 3-5 years experience working in an Accounting department.
· General knowledge of accounts payable and general ledger accounting.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Must possess good problem solving skills.
· Requires good written and verbal communication skills.
· Microsoft Office experience required including Word and Excel.
· Timberline experience a plus but not a requirement.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
· Overtime may be required.
