Job Description
We are currently seeking for a General Manager for our Rochester area/Western New York territory. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of all functional areas of the operation, including evaluating estimates and proposals, managing and developing subordinates, meeting financial objectives, business development and service diversification.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in business, science or engineering or similar
- Minimum five years of management experience
- Extraordinary people skills and outstanding leadership abilities
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Minimum three years experience in an environmental/construction or related business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated customer base and established reputation in the local market
