Job Description
Due to continued growth, MARCOR Remediation, Inc., a nationwide environmental contracting firm, is searching for an experienced Project Manager for our Reno, NV office. Responsibilities include the development, direction, and execution of projects to ensure customer satisfaction. Must be able to:
· Develop new business utilizing established local contacts and relationship building skills, while maintaining current customer base
· Estimate all size asbestos projects
· Oversee and execute full life cycle of bid/ proposal process
Qualifications
· Asbestos abatement experience required
· Three to eight years experience in asbestos/lead/mold abatement, demolition experience, or general contracting experience
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Field/construction experience a must (3 - 6 years) and should include:
· Detailed estimating
· Subcontractor oversight
· Demolition
· Waste management
