For over a quarter-century, MARCOR people have been meeting difficult environmental problems with creative and effective solutions. Due to our continued growth, we are searching for an experienced Office Manager for our Rochester office.
 
The essential function of the office manager’s position is to provide administrative support to MARCOR’s environmental operations. This includes but is not limited to managing the daily tasks of the project and/or operations coordinator, accounts payable clerk, and the receptionist. In addition, the office manager provides support to the General Manager, stays abreast of Accounts Receivable, oversees the maintenance of the office, coordinates the monthly accounting close, and performs various HR functions.
 

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for the office manager position, you must have several years of office and accounting experience. A background in a contracting/construction is a plus. We require that you have excellent written and communication skills with a working knowledge of Excel and Word. An associate’s degree is preferred, but not required.
